What does it mean to be specialists in Premium Rattan Furniture?

We stock and sell the best quality rattan furniture year round at the same price and same quality. We are not inclined to stock from different sources each summer disregarding the previous years only for the summer peak. Instead, we seek out the best outdoor furniture and build meaningful relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent stock year round as well as on-going support for years after that.

This means that we will always be able to source extra bits and pieces for you even after a long time rather than being unable to find matching styles or colours after a single summer or have to deal with the headache of stock being 'discontinued'.

We specialise in Premium rattan furniture 365 days of the year, not just summer and have done so for the past 10 years.

How do we get in contact?
We welcome your communication at any time and look forward to being of service. Our policy is same day personal response to emails and phonecalls, Monday thru Saturday. On Sundays and public holidays we endeavor to answer them as soon as possible.

How can I pay for custom orders?
We require up to a 50% non-refundable deposit upon placing the order and the balance to be paid prior to dispatch. A custom orders may also incur a 15% admin fee dependent on design.

Do you provide GST invoices?
We are a GST registered company and tax invoices are always provided.

Can I pick up my purchases?
Pickups are more than welcome straight from our facility by appointment.

Do I need to arrange my own delivery?
Small items are sent via tracked courier services.
Delivery available nationwide and is charged based on rates provided to us by our freight carriers: Smart Expresss (Local deliveries) and AA carreris (Long-haul deliveries)
We are not able to deliver to PO Boxes.

Are the items packed?
All our packaging is Brand new, Heavy Duty and designed to ensure safe and undamaged transport.

Is there a warranty on your products?
Unless otherwise specified, all of our Outdoor Rattan Furniture comes with a 36 months full manufacturer’s warranty for the Rattan and Frame.

PRIVACY POLICY
Your privacy is protected under the New Zealand Privacy Act.
Under no circumstances will we sell, rent or give private information including name, address, or email to third parties unless legally required to do so.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
All your purchases are protected by the Consumers Guarantees Act and the Fair Trading Act.

In the event the product you receive differs from the description, is faulty or damaged, please let us know within 3 days of delivery/ pickup and we will replace without question. All refunds are by negotiation.
